EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Steven C. Baker brings nearly 40 years of expertise in airline, real estate, and airport management to his role as Executive Director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport. Mr. Baker's extensive background includes leadership positions with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, where he managed airline affairs, procurement, risk management, small business development, administrative services, concessions, real estate development, and revenue innovation for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport.

Mr. Baker's career began at United Airlines at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. He then joined American Airlines, where he led the legal and financial team in developing Chicago's first international terminal. Mr. Baker later served as Deputy General Manager at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Deputy Aviation Director for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, overseeing Miami International Airport and five general aviation airports.

Mr. Baker holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
